This is a lovely class to get your day off to a good start. This is a slightly faster pace than my Monday class, although still suitable for beginners as well as those who are practiced in yoga.
We start with warm ups, breathing and gentle stretches. We work with breath and movement. This has an energizing quality that is truly nourishing. We usually work on Standing postures, then floor. I always include a balance and a gentle inversion. We finish with a breathing practice and relaxation.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing . layers are always a good choice. Please bring a mat and blanket and a small pillow if needed. it's best not to eat before this class and have breakfast afterwards.
