What happens at this class?
This is a chill out class to help us unwind from a busy day.
We start with some letting go and releasing. We connect to the breath and then start to warm up with joint freeing exercises. We do stretching and releasing working with breath and movement. We do vinyasa (flowing yoga movements to music} We work on strength and flexibility before winding down with restorative yoga and gentle inversion before slow relaxing breathing and final relaxation.
