Things to remember

Whatlington village hall is located a couple of miles from Battle. It is a charming hall with it's own car park.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing ,have layers and socks for relaxation. We may be able to do some short practices outside on the grass next to the hall…

Can I come to the workshop if I am not flexible?
Absolutely you can. The yoga that I teach is for all bodies and abilities.
Can I eat before the Workshop?
Please have a light breakfast at least an hour or so before the class.
