This is an early class to get your weekend off to a good start.
We will work on breath and movement and learn some sun salutations and vinyasa. We will work with an uplifting practice to bring energy into the system. this will be a nourishing practice that will leave you refreshed but relaxed. Will finish with a sort meditation and relaxation to help balance our nervous system.
