What happens at this event?

Amid the busyness of the season, give yourself the gift of stillness. This gentle workshop blends restorative yoga, breathwork , meditation and deep relaxation to bring ease and balance into the mind and body. Learn how to let go of tension in the body and mind through yoga to release over thinking. Through supported poses, calming breathwork and deep relaxation, you will create space to unwind and recharge, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded and refreshed. Beginners welcome no yoga experience needed come just as you are.

Things to remember

This is an afternoon session, this is to help us relax deeply. Please have a late breakfast /early lunch at least two hours before the class. It is best not to eat before the practice, but please bring a biscuit if you need something for comfort. Please bring some water…

FAQ's
Do I need prior yoga experience to attend this workshop?
A: Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Variations and modifications will be offered for different abilities, allowing everyone to practice at an appropriate and comfortable level.
What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Since it is a winter workshop, we recommend dressing in layers that you can easily take off as you warm up during active practice and put on again during cool-downs or meditation. Cosy socks or slippers for off-mat time are also a good idea.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around ten minutes before to put your mat down and settle.
Where can I park?
At Whatlington Village Hall we have our own car park for guests to leave their cars , it is located right next to the hall
