What happens at this event?

This is a yoga workshop for wellbeing. I am delighted to be using St Stephens Hall in Bexhill to host this Saturday Morning event. It is a warm and accomadating venue. There is ample parking avalable , and it is located in a quiet area of Bexhill. I teach there weekly.

We will look at the Body Clock known as the Circadian Rhythm, and how with a little adjustment we can enhance our wellbeing. We will look at our own younique master clock and discover what we can do for ourselves.

Things to remember

FAQ's
Do I need prior yoga experience to attend this workshop?
A: Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Variations and modifications will be offered for different abilities, allowing everyone to practice at an appropriate and comfortable level.
What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Since it is a winter workshop, we recommend dressing in layers that you can easily take off as you warm up during active practice and put on again during cool-downs or meditation. Cosy socks or slippers for off-mat time are also a good idea.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around 15 minutes before to put your mat down and settle.
Where can I park?
St Stephens church hall has a car park, there is also free roadside parking.
