What happens at this event?

This class will focus on health and wellbeing, a lovely class for beginners or if you have been doing yoga for years. Building on strength, balance and cocodination . We will learn a new posture and sequence every week and then return to them as a practice. We will work on breath and slow mindful movement to help bring a calming effect on the nervous system. Towards the end of the class we will work on breathwork, a short meditation and relaxation. This is a fun and friendly class. It’s nice to be part of a growing community of people…

I have started yoga after a 20 year hiatus, and the class was perfect for getting back to it. Good stretches for all abilities and very enjoyable.
