This class will focus on health and wellbeing, a lovely class for beginners or if you have been doing yoga for years. Building on strength, balance and cocodination . We will learn a new posture and sequence every week and then return to them as a practice. We will work on breath and slow mindful movement to help bring a calming effect on the nervous system.
